The Cultural and Tourist Information Center is in the Mint Wing of the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle.

At the Cultural and Tourist Information Center at the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin, you can get information about the tourist offer in the region, and you can also get help in contacting travel guides and tourist guides. The Center also sells maps, city plans, guides, history books, the Szczecin Tourist Card, entrance tickets to the Castle and tickets for cultural events. The Cultural and Tourist Information Center also publishes the "Castle Cultural Proposals" brochure.

The Cultural and Tourist Information Center at the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin holds the Certificate of the Polish Tourist Information System in the four-star category. The certificate is awarded by the Polish Tourist Organization and the West Pomeranian Regional Tourist Organization.
